Tunnel oven (Gas or electrical) for baking.
Module IntelleOven is intended for a baking of wide assortment of confectionery and cottage cheese products at temperature upto 300°Ñ.
Heating system – thermal cycle with compulsory circulation of products for combustion on heating top and bottom channels of section of the furnace, excluding penetration of smoke gases into a baking zone. Under furnaces (conveyer belt) is made of a steel belt. The module is equipped by the automatic monitoring system of tension and tape centering.
The control and temperature regulation in the baking chamber is carried out by temperature regulators with programmed control from complex CreaSweet, and heat distribution on zones (sections) – is automatically drived.
For supervision over a baking in lateral walls of the baking chamber there are the viewing hatches equipped with fixtures for illumination of a zone of baking.
In the first section of the baking chamber the humidifying device for a continuous supply of technological steam is mounted. The humidifying zone is separated by teflon curtains.
Furnaces are equipped with devices of the German manufacture.
IntelleOven it is applied on a "hot" line of complex ÑreaSweet, being used in that case with integrated module IntelleBase, or is applied as an independent furnace with installation possibility on an input IntelleDrop (to a biscuit etc.), IntelleMix (Biscuits with a stuffing etc.) or IntelleStamp (gingerbread with a stuffing etc.). Thus, the line is configured automatically under the established head and the caused program.
