Viwe all our clients
Welcome to the site of Group of companies F.I.S, where you can find a lot of interesting and cognitiveinformation about innovative technologies in confectionery, dairy and meat (fish and poultry) industries.
Our site is about unique technologies of transformation of foodstuffs into surprising and profitable combined products, about ways of a creativity which is so lacking in food-processing industry. All of this is called the concept «CreaFood®». For confectioners this is «CreaSweet®». For dairy factories - "CreaMilk®". For meat-fish-factories - «CreaMeat®».
And creation of all these products in fact your job. We have only created a modular complex of the equipment, capable to surprise us, you and your clients for the next 20 years with surprising assortment of the innovative combined appetizing products. Our site is also about successes of our customers - your colleagues, who are equipped with the system of CreaSweet® complexes, CreaMilk® and CreaMeat®.
To understand the prospects of CreaFood® it is necessary to understand bases at first.
The purpose of the concept of CreaFood® is in the creation of continuous stream of innovative products, by means of formation, combination, thermal processing and separation of all the known products (we are not tired to remind McDonalds) unaccustomedly and technologically – appetizingly and unusually. It is the slogan of the winner, which surprises tempted consumers with novelties every month. Competition of factories is similar to competition of restaurants. Only our client – the factory lets out 10-30 thousand variety of fancy confectionery (cottage cheese, fish, meat paste, vegetables, meat, liver etc.) per HOUR! And YOU? 50 thousand usual ones, which are poorly on sale? Or 500 unusual, but made manually?
How works CreaFood®? It is very simple! We have divided all edible into three groups on viscosity at a formation stage:
- Liquid (jelly, a cream, galantine, condensed milk, paste)
- Medium (a zephyr, the dough, paste, a kiss)
- Firm (halvah, an iris, coconut weight, cottage cheese, forcemeat)
and have studied all the international experience in the sphere of products formation from appropriate masses. After that we collected all this experience in three electronic heads, capable to form everything within the limits of viscosity range, and have put all this international experience into the memory of these heads. Forgot only to put types of products limits into. Thus, by chance, products in the form of zephyr made from baked paste with cheese filling, topped with glaze from dilly creamy salty oil have appeared. What to do with it? - This question is to your experts in marketing - we, only give you resources.
Salty curd cheeses bars in the form of a small fish with sprats have already produced. Both as with pepper as with dill too … This is a question of stereotypes and those who earn money for its destructions. And let your competitors to be conservative – it isprofitable for you!
Then we have divided all the products with a heat treatment principle on two groups - cold and hot. Actually, any food half-finished product gets either into a refrigerator-drier, or into an oven. Again we can seequantity of remarkable exceptions. If we put salad into an oven – we’ll get a julienne, a sweet curd cheese bar into an oven - a baked pudding, paste into an oven - the baked paste similar to a (fruit)cake for children.
Then we understood that the factory of the future consists of two tunnels standing in parallel - refrigeratory-drying and an oven. At the input of these tunnels we have established working surfaces-tables conveyors with three rails-positions for three electronic heads with possibility of their installation by turns or all together in any sequence and with electronic synchronisation – matrixing of deposition and formation. The concept of hot-cold food "printing house" has turned out - where you unpack your combined plan from various food components, and then bake or cool it before decoration and installation.
The complete complex can be separated into modules and one can start with as said basic printers which can start working as deposition on pallets and then later whenever required gather into the product line. It occurs in accordance with growth of your sale and development of your imagination from 2 to 7 components in one product., In your spare time count up how many components are in "BigMac" and "Bonjour".
With CreaFood your imagination will work on you!
